The Principles of Balanced Leadership

“Leadership is a concept that is not reserved for certain
people in business, government, and civic organizations. The
reality is no matter our age, gender, occupation, educational
level or position, each of us touches and influences other
lives. Through this extension we are all leaders to someone at
some time. It can be a person under our supervision or care, a
spouse we honor and live with, a child we nurture, a student
we teach, or a player we coach.”
This quote is from our guest Rocky Romanella who spent 36 years with UPS before becoming the Founder of 360 Management Services. This episodes shows us that at any point or age in our life, we can become entrepreneurs and he talks about how UPS shaped his leadership abilities. He is also the author of "Tighten the Lug Nuts, Principles of Balanced Leadership" and shares with the audience some of those principles on this episode of #ThatBusinessShow!
