They expanded slowly but growth was stunted in the late 80s and it was then that he and his brothers came together for a close, personal look at the business to find out why they were not growing. They concluded the problem lied within themselves and developed a set of what is now 12 principles on growth and development within the business. That resulted in strong growth and still guides the company to this day. After the recent recession, the company is again in growth mode establishing a consulting division and opening more restaurants locations and they just opened up a new headquarters here in Tampa. The new design, inspired, by Millennials, was also a topic of discussion in this closing segment.
