David began his career in hospitality more than 20 years ago, starting as a club promoter in NYC at age 15. He worked as a bartender and manager in Arizona throughout college and after graduating, moved back to NYC to work for the Lanza family (owners and founders of Ciccio Restaurant Group) at an upscale eatery in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. David spent the next 5 years working as a bar manager at Nikki Beach in Midtown Manhattan.
